I chose DogWatch and for the quality of the product and the specialized service. Todd and Justin help me figure out exactly what I needed to fit the needs of my situation and delivered. When they left after installing my new fence I was confident on how to work the system, train my dog and what to do and who to call if a problem arose. My dog responded well and with some additional training on my part I am confident I will no longer worry about my dog jumping my fence.

A friend recommended dog watch to us when we started looking for an invisible fence. I was very impressed with how quickly they responded to my quote request. Less than a week later they were at my home giving a very reasonable quote. Justin was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. A week later we had our invisible fence installed. Not only did they clean up after themselves and you can hardly see they were in our yard, they gave us a very detailed training for our dog. I would highly recommend them.

Awesome people, great training! Prompt services a s well! We had some damage to our system and they came that day and got us up and running! Our dog an English Springer spaniel respects this system and does great with one training session! She can be left out in yard by herself and does not leave her boundaries!!! Would highly recommend this system

Amazing experience with Justin! Came out right away to fix our down Dogwatch system and train the new puppy we adopted at Humane Society of Marion County, Ocala Florida. Would highly recommend their FM signal system over any other system. We have had this fence since 2007 and are very pleased!

We have had DogWatch at two of our last three homes in The Villages. Would not do without. Called Justin, new owner of the company the other day. thought I might need help. Alarm went off. We turned off the system for about 2 hours and turned it back on. Presto- worked perfectly. Called Justin to let him know not to stop. the following day Justin showed up just to make sure we are OK. This effort was far beyond the call of duty. Pleasant, helpful, and caring. I could not ask for more in a business man. I highly recommend Justin at DogWatch if you wish to train your pets to never leave your lawn. I do stay outside with them, but they know their boundaries and will not cross the line. Happy Customer thanks to Justin.

Called DogWatch of Mid-Florida to repair our existing DogWatch fence. They returned my call within 1 day, and came to fix our fence the next day!!! Justin was on time, professional, clean, and fixed my fence in less than an hour. I also purchased. new batteries for the dogs' collars, which are hard to find when you suddenly need one. The charge was less than I've paid in the past for repairs. I thoroughly recommend DogWatch of Mid-Florida!

The Dog Watch company installed underground wiring to keep our bloodhound in the yard. It has worked wonderful. The installer trained our dog for several minutes and it did not take him but couple of times and he will not go to the flags.
Great company. Our lawn service somehow cut the line and we called and they came right out.
I would recommend The Dog Watch to anyone.

Justin, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the DogWatch fence you installed on 1/21/21 to keep in our rambunctious Great Dane puppy (9 months old, 34 inches high, and 100 lbs). He was eyeing the field fence and, I believe, wandering why he cannot go over it to see people walking on the trail. The DogWatch fence woven into the field fence has completely disinterested him in what is on the other side of the field fence. He won't go within 4 feet of the fence. Thank you for you timely performance and the quality of your product.
